Sales Representative

Job Description

SURVIVR provides cutting-edge virtual reality training solutions for police and security forces. We are excited to positively impact public safety and ensure that every officer goes home at the end of his or her shift. We provide a premier scenario-based training platform to improve split-second decision-making, de-escalation, and many of the necessary skills to do their jobs safely and successfully. Currently, we are looking for results-driven Sales Representatives to actively source and engage customer prospects within our target market. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Managing the entire sales cycle in a B2B/B2G market
  • Becoming educated on our product capabilities and pricing model
  • Sourcing, developing, qualifying, and closing leads virtually and in-person
  • Collaborating with our team to schedule and participate in product demos
  • Meeting monthly business development goals
  • Participating in local trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events 
  • Responding to customer emails, phone calls, and information requests
  • Using knowledge of customers to provide customized proposals
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations to convey value and training benefits
  • Updating CRM to provide sales forecasts

What you bring to the table:

  • 1-3 years experience with B2B/B2G sales within federal, state, and/or local security or law enforcement market
  • Hunter mentality
  • Demonstrated experience hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience presenting a new technology to potential customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technology products and pricing models

Pay: Salary plus sales commission
